1.0 The job

A user connected Muse to their Outlook email, and it audited auto-renewals across all their domains, including some the user says they didn't know about. Muse gave a full report, canceled an unwanted renewal, and requested a refund. The user reports a refund request of more than $200.

2.0 The fault

Forgotten auto-renewing domains and subscriptions quietly drain a small business's budget.

3.0 Caution

Muse had access to email, then canceled a renewal and asked for a refund. Read its report before anything is canceled, and check later that the refund actually shows up.

Meta Muse can click around and use your accounts when you let it. Before it spends money, sends an email, or publishes something, decide if that step needs your OK.

4.0Try the job

The original post did not include the exact wording they used. The story still shows the job. Describe your own version the way you would brief a new hire, and stay nearby while it works.
