1.0 The job

Andrew Carr asked Muse to find a nearby, reliable embroiderer willing to do small batches and set it up. Muse found one, emailed him, negotiated, and sent the design files; Carr just dropped the items off. The embroiderer, who said he had mostly retired and only worked for existing clients, asked how Carr had even found him.

2.0 The fault

Finding a dependable local supplier for small production runs eats hours of searching and back-and-forth email.

3.0 Caution

Muse emailed a business he had not worked with and sent design files. Decide ahead of time what it may send, and read the note if that relationship matters to you.

Meta Muse can click around and use your accounts when you let it. Before it spends money, sends an email, or publishes something, decide if that step needs your OK.

4.0Try the job

The original post did not include the exact wording they used. The story still shows the job. Describe your own version the way you would brief a new hire, and stay nearby while it works.

5.0 Where it came from
